Eeeeee!!!! Tomorrow is your birthday!!! And for the first time ever we actually get to spend it together! I cannot wait to spoil you rotten! I'm busy tonight getting all your presents ready and perfect. I think my favorite thing in the whole world is getting to spoil you. I always go all out but this year you wanted to do some shopping so I don't have as many presents to wrap as usual but this one is probably my favorite. You're turning 45 and that's a big deal. I wanted to do something special but I couldn't really think of anything. I started writing down the 45 words I would use to describe you. And ended up turning it into this. I know it's kinda weird...a picture of just words. But it's everything I think of when I think of who you are and you Mama are Extraordinary! You are so many things to so many people but you are everything to me. I admire you so much and I hope you see it all in yourself too. I better get back to bag stuffing and card writing, I...

You've been pretty stressed out lately so tonight I went to the store and got a few things :) Rockstars for energy, chocolate to console you and a punching ball to take out all your frustrations! Hahahah I'm such a good friend. I know it probably all goes to waste but I hope when you see it in the morning it makes you smile.

Today was Valentine's Day and we got to spend some time together. We went to lunch at Mama Inez and then ran some errands. I laugh at the first picture because I always have to write your cards/letters with at least one rough draft so I know it can be perfect. When I was little I wished so badly I had a mom who did little things for me on all the Holidays. My mom actually LOVED holidays and decorated like crazy. I promised myself when I became a mom I would go all out any chance I got. I never imagined one day I would get a mom who would do all those things for me but even more than that I never could have imagined the happiness it would bring me to be able to do it for her too. I am so grateful for days like today when I have an excuse to spoil you and remind you just how much I love you! Happy Valentines Day Mom.

Happy New Year! I don't know what this year holds for us but I have so much faith in the journey we have both taken to find each other. I know without a doubt our paths were crafted specifically to cross at the exact moment that they did. There's a place in both our hearts where the other belongs and it's only together that either of us will ever be whole. I am so grateful for the years we have spent together, for the friendship we have and that at the end of the day no matter what I can call you Mom. I love you!
